mapi: Mapping Averaged Pairwise Information
Mapping Averaged Pairwise Information (MAPI) is an
exploratory method providing graphical representations summarizing the
spatial variation of pairwise metrics (eg. distance, similarity
coefficient, ...) computed between georeferenced samples.
