rda
:
Shrunken Centroids Regularized Discriminant AnalysisThe rda
package was removed from CRAN (The Comprehensive
R Archive Network) and is currently archived. As soon as it is back on
CRAN, we will inform you that it is possible to install it from
CRAN:
## install.packages("rda")
To install the latest stable development version from GitHub, you can pull this repository and install it using
## install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("valentint/rda")
Of course, if you have already installed remotes
, you
can skip the first line (I have commented it out).
This is a basic example which shows you if the package is properly installed:
library(rda)
data(colon)
<- t(colon.x)
colon.x <- rda(colon.x, colon.y))
(fit #> Call:
#> rda(x = colon.x, y = colon.y)
