계란 새우 국수
- Ingredients: Somen noodles, chicken stock powder, anchovy젓 (fermented anchovies), egg, shrimp, green onion, salt.
- Instructions:
- Boil somen noodles until cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a pan, add water, chicken stock powder, and anchovy젓.
- Add beaten egg and stir.
- Add shrimp and green onion. Cook until shrimp is done.
- Pour the broth over the cooked somen noodles.
- Season with salt.
